So let’s just run this down real quick -They bought WB with money they don’t have -Now they have to pay a ticking fee with money they still don’t have -If the merger succeeds they’ll still be broke -If the mergers fails they’ll be in even MORE debt

Starting tomorrow (October 1), Paramount must pay a $7-million-per-day ticking fee to Warner Bros. shareholders until the merger is officially able to close or Paramount walks from the deal and pay a $7 BILLION breakup fee.
