Paramount is the worst case scenario for Warner Bros. Full stop. The Ellisons ruined a company I once loved working for. Netflix would be terrible for different reasons, but at least WB wouldn’t be under the thumb of Trump. Ideally, they stay independent, or some other buyer steps up.

So from September to March, Paramount has to pay WB a additional one billion dollars till the trial and if it fails, that's a additional 7.7 billion they have to pay as apart of the termination fee
