Saw some new footage of Jimothy on IG, I am beginning to suspect that there is more than one short spined raccoon in Seattle. One post of a fully grown Jimothy in 2017 and another of a kit in 2023. This may also explain Jimothy sightings in geographically distinct locations.
People noting that Jimothy appearing in Capitol Hill and then Ballard would mean he crossed at least one bridge are leaving out an obvious option: He swam. Less obvious: He took a boat.
