the fascists are looking to rigidly define gender not just to punish trans people like they claim but to lay the groundwork for the oppression of all women. when gender is legally mutable, it is harder to use it to restrict people’s rights. they want to build a cage around you, made from our bones

The results of this analysis demonstrate that over 2 years of GAH treatment for gender dysphoria, participants experienced significant improvement across multiple dimensions of emotional health as measured by NIHTB-EB, a standardized instrument that we extended for use and measurement among TNB youth. Furthermore, we found that those who started with lower AC had a faster rate of improvement in psychological well-being, social satisfaction, and faster decline in negative affect over time. These improvements provide further data that support the potential benefits of the use of exogenous hormones for phenotypic transition. Future research should examine how these associations continue, change or persist in longer follow-up periods. Additional studies should further explore the effects of GAC treatments on the lives of TNB with a specific focus on emotional health and functioning.
