Because if one campaign can show that *that* much money and *that* much old guard support doesn’t guarantee victory, it cracks open what can be imagined. It widens the aperture of what’s possible.

People imagine that when we’re talking about cutting the number of stops in half, you’re making people walk twice as long. But in fact you’re really making them walk like 20% longer because they already had a significant walk to the street with the bus, down to the subway transfer platform, etc.
I’ve used Duck Duck Go for years and it’s basically Google if Google did what it claims to do.

Here, we have the country’s worst politicians, including a former Prime Minister, queuing up to salute a bold iconoclast who irreverently spoke truth to power and discomfited the great and good. It makes it pretty clear, does it not.
