This is funny. Someone put up an Abolish Ice flag on their fence in Eastern Oregon. Then it got ripped down, so they put up a nastygram sign about the vandals. Oops, it turns out cows ripped it down. Apologetic sign wording is in the alt text.
Accepting that I have a chronic condition (fibro?) means allowing myself gentler exercise so I don’t get sick. This app makes it easy to adjust what I do based on how I feel. I stack short (6-7 minutes) workouts to fit my day & the workouts meet me where I am. Bed & chair workouts for v hard days.

We shouldn't default to pouring $$$$ into rehabbing celebrity animals. Coyotes gotta eat. Donate to an ugly imperiled species. 🦊🪶
