In case this helps anyone else with #PSC - Had my 1st #ERCP ~1 month ago for stent placement and it was awful. I was so uncomfortable afterwards and it took me a week to feel normal again. Warm baths helped more than anything and now I’m a Lush convert. Also, throat coat tea for the throat pain.

I really can't recommend Aldi enough to people who find themselves bursting into tears at the grocery store over food prices. I somehow got almost two weeks of groceries for $146 today, including canned drinks. Yes, it was more beans and pasta than usual, but getting out for under $150 was magical.
