Halo: Campaign Evolved is an absolutely worthless experience. It's the strongest example yet of a studio misinterpreting the source material so fundamentally, so incompetently, that it might as well be a parody. This will be many people's first experience of Halo. And that is fucking heartbreaking.

Amnesty International put out a major report documenting the influence of UK based anti trans gender critical organizations and their funding. Within hours, GC groups threatened defamation lawsuits and Amnesty was forced to pull it down. Proving the point they're anti rights. Anyways, here it is.
I think if you needed any more evidence that the cuts are shortsighted and focused on cutting as deep and as fast as possible with little regard for the future, this is pretty definitive. That engine felt like magic in some spots. A colossal waste of talent and resources.

Microsoft, Tencent, and their contemporaries cannot be forgiven for the way they vandalized and ransacked the game industry. Too many good studios have been stolen from the world by the companies that consumed them. Hell, *one* was too many. They burgled the house and then set fire to it.
Game failure? Layoffs Game success? Layoffs Game delayed? Layoffs Game delivered? Layoffs Game announced? Layoffs Game unannounced? Layoffs Game good? Layoffs Game bad? Layoffs Game AI? Layoffs Game no-AI? Layoffs Game hated? Layoffs Game beloved? Layoffs Money cares more for layoffs than games.
As you can see, Xbox held their presentation on 6/7, while Nintendo is holding theirs on 6/9. This is due to their core company missives; Nintendo holds fast to traditional (and successful!) gamer values, whereas Xbox is a brand that constantly tries to remain relevant by latching onto trends
