Update #5 A few locals have shown interest in my desire to start a new independent group that picks up trash. Have started a chat with the city on if what we pick up is more than what can fit in local trashcans Need to figure out securing more trash picker equipment and safety equipment

If you want to hire me to do an hour or more of volunteer work of your choice if it exists locally I will literally trade my labor for financial aide and putting it back into supporting the community, and l'I1 document it

Masami Kurumada did a similar effect during the final fight of Ring ni Kakero, but I feel the way it was done in RnK was just way more garish than the way he did it in Saint Seiya. For the Ring ni Kakero 1 Deluxe Edition in 2002 Kurumada removed the alternating shading, which I think works better.
