He's losing words. Anyone with a parent or loved one suffering from dementia will recognize this pattern. Wen he says "moving cameras," it's because he can't recall the word "videos" and so he's stating the component parts as best he can. E.g., a "camera" is involved and the images are "moving"

@gtconway.bsky.social and @jvl.bsky.social this seems like a lot of semantic paraphasia in a short time. “Life” instead of “lifespan/lifetime.” “Show” instead of “network.” And the really hot mess that is “moving camera” maybe from “moving picture/movie” after failing at “video?” Also box *knife*?
This is semantic aphasia - substituting a related word when wordfinding fails - and this is not the only example of it in this one press avail. Here he means “network” rather than “show.” When talking about grass he meant “lifespan” rather than “life.”

This is not just cringeworthy, but also such a huge display of mental illness. Do YOU need constant reassurance that you’re better than your predecessor? Do you frequently compare yourself to your predecessor or spontaneously denigrate them? Or do you not really think about your predecessor at all?
