Hey, psst, the 1987 Mel Brooks film "Spaceballs" is free to watch on YouTube. Sadly, his 1981 film "History of the World, Part I" is not, nor are his 1974 films "Young Frankenstein" and "Blazing Saddles." I'm sure there are others that are missing, but those are what come to mind.

Heads up friends ‼️‼️‼️ Be SUPER SUPER careful sharing Youtube links They made a new update that anyone who clicks it starts "interacting" with you, and can expose your name if you use human info on Youtube/Google Settings -> privacy -> channel visibility for shared links

For now. YouTube hasn’t updated their short URLs to include tracking, but they will. Meta did and now all links from their apps are unique per share, the parameter is redundant. You have to copy and paste a URL without /r/share/ in it from a browser to not be tracked. Never use a youtu dot be URL.

My not-so-hot take is that what Mamdani is doing *IS* incrementalism, and the bar is so deeply in hell that a politician just doing *anything* good consistently is a total anomaly for people. And I think for now that is good and fine, because it is restoring people’s faith that better is possible.
