We should have an electoral system where the less money you have, the more votes you get. Any risk the poor would create a system to benefit themselves is avoided by the fact that once they got richer, they'd have less votes.

BCWS needs more resources. More people and heavy ground equipment. Rural communities are ready and willing to save themselves with the needed resources already on site. Bias against rural people means the urbanites in control of this system often make decisions about us, without us.

Better public transport to, from and within rural areas would address many rural issues: improving health outcomes, supporting seniors living at home, helping low income families, making options to car culture more universal.
