Cars and trucks and things that go. I don't ride my motorcycles enough. Disciple of General Ludd. Once drove a Land Rover across Africa. Words and images, Overland Journal and Expedition Portal. Missoula, MT. #weirdcarbs

Handed over $1,800.00 and picked up a Pontiac on this day 8 years ago. 56,080 miles then and 68,680 now. Been on lots of adventures and even won some trophies at car shows (yes, really). I love my RADwood-era ride! #cars

I bought a GR Corolla! My dad and I drove down to Santa Barbara to pick it up and over the course of 3 days we drove 900 miles. We made memories that we will never forget and we saw sights we had never seen before. Have a seat and I'll tell you the tale.

Got a good job down at the Data Center. I work on the line, and it's hard work but it's honest and the wage is fair; my family and I are grateful for it. I rivet the word "absolutely" onto the little apologies that chatbots do when they misunderstand a prompt.

Hassett: "Data centers are very good for towns bc they create so many jobs & bring people in with high incomes that can buy houses & stuff like that. So if you take a sleepy town that hasn't seen much in the last 30 years & put a data center there, there are gonna be a bunch of happy residents."

A 'ride-along bench' in rural Hesse, Germany. You sit here, set the sign to your destination, and wait for a friendly driver heading that way to offer you a lift. It's a spontaneous, community-based carpooling system to help folks get around places with limited public transport. #motosky
