I bought a GR Corolla! My dad and I drove down to Santa Barbara to pick it up and over the course of 3 days we drove 900 miles. We made memories that we will never forget and we saw sights we had never seen before. Have a seat and I'll tell you the tale.

Hell yeah - Friday morning power outage at work means everyone’s going home early.
Got a good job down at the Data Center. I work on the line, and it's hard work but it's honest and the wage is fair; my family and I are grateful for it. I rivet the word "absolutely" onto the little apologies that chatbots do when they misunderstand a prompt.

I know there's a lot of gentle grousing about Emily Wilson's critique of The Odyssey in the LRB, but I recommend reading it for no other reason that it's a fucking good read!
