While centrists continue to think Dems need to moderate on abortion, Kansas overwhelmingly rejected a collateral attack on the right to choose via an amendment (which would have switched to elected justices) after overwhelmingly rejecting an amendment to directly ban the right to choose in 2022.

It’s potentially worth billions in stolen taxes and fraudulent deductions if he or his family structured their returns expecting this tax pardon. He made $2b on crypto in 2025.
