It is really cool to play a retro game on my steam deck, save it, and it’s magically on my pc Like. Yeah that’s just steam cloud saves but it’s different because I set it up!!! That’s different!!

I spent 7 hours setting up retroarch and syncthing so I can auto sync between my pc and my steam deck I’m so tired I don’t even have Tailscale setup on it and something broke in dashy so I can’t add the syncthing link to my server’s home page aaargh

honestly retroarch isn't THAT bad once you turn once you set the menu driver to xmb sure, there's a lot of menus... and the menus are called weird stuff (like the fact it's a menu Driver, I get why but that's more on the programming side, just call it a theme!)... but it works?

The SCREEN Act just failed to pass in the Senate Commerce Committee! 🎉 Enormous thanks to the thousands (!!) of you who told your Senators to vote no! Your voice matters and you should feel good that you made a difference. Obviously, the fight isn't over, but this was an important victory.

Big Walk is an incredible game for being a gremlin but also it's just really nice to sit on a beach and watch the waves... I wish beaches were real...
