Gosh I keep thinking about mentioning to the internet what I’m up to and then I get even busier somehow
The interface of a pro camera app is packed with information, constantly changing values that need to be understood at a glance, shifting digits that need to remain precisely aligned for optimal legibility To achieve this, Bayer Cam uses the timeless Input Mono, designed by DJR
We're actively looking to grow our team at @ersc.io again! If you are interested or know someone who might be, I'd love to chat. We are looking for distributed storage folk as well as frontend/UX.

Back in March, @pedropeguerojr.com and I hosted our first meetup for @3-3.fyi. Our next meetup will be the first time that we *don't* have someone give a presentation. I want to highlight the great presentations we got this year because they have been *really* fucking good. 🧵 1/?
this goes right along with my theory that the AI obsession in *users* is often bc… 1. they were never educated (esp "ipad generation") & don't know how computers work 2. our tools and services are all SO AWFUL NOW, degraded at best, actively user-hostile at worst
We could offer better automation tools, especially for people who don't work with code the way software developers do: mastodon.social/@mariyadelan...

Like the 100th thing I can’t believe they shipped. Like wtf. We’d live in a different world if Scott Forestall were the boss.
This border radius issue drives me absolutely crazy.
It turned my stomach to see that team member playfully say things like "Should I delete that post for you since its an ad?" when it was a link to some small individual creator's work. To think that's what we've got shaping strategy at one of the world's most influential platforms is very unsettling
