It’s so nice working somewhere that design is valued so much that execs can tell when something is designed poorly. The pushback is real. And welcomed.

A lot of people think Title IX is from the 1970s, but the reality of equal opportunity for women’s athletics didn’t really land until 1996. Growing up before that, they wouldn’t have girls teams. Even at the high school level. Colleges had to offer women’s sports in theory, but no one checked.
