I was hoping it wouldn't come to this, but I just made a GoFundMe for David's mom and brother. Thomas has been battling colon cancer, and today we found out it has spread to his bones. My MIL, Irma, has been caring for him. And then she found out she has kidney cancer and needs her kidney removed.

Concern #1- I am deeply concerned about the possibility of a Data Center Overlay District. This could allow property owners outside Downtown to seek rezoning that would permit data centers in our neighborhoods. This is being considered to be brought into the policy. 8/

We cannot talk about drones and Flock cameras without addressing how both parties in the MN legislature continue to invest in and expand manned aerial surveillance--literally without a single law regulating its use, mandatory deletion, or warrantless sharing with federal agencies.

Libraries are one of the most critical and cost-effective public goods. The county absolutely needs to fund them, and a 0.4% increase on the tax levy to prevent reducing services and staffing is one of the absolute best uses of tax dollars.

We can just block The Atlant*c and refuse to share whatever ragebait article they publish every ~6 weeks. Clicking and posting about it only makes that trash profitable for them.
