Dinner today is a Hoosier staple. A pork tenderloin sandwich with onions, mustard, and sweet hot pickles. It's pretty much the only thing Indiana has going for it.

I've heard lots of good jokes about trans people...generally from and by trans people. The key thing is those jokes are based in actual knowledge about the trans experience and foibles of daily life as opposed to mean-spirited, ignorant and boring attempts to join a moral panic.

functionally most of the people who are on bluesky are on bluesky either because they are progressive political folks or because they are targets of the nazis who run rampant on twitter there’s no level of movie talk or sports talk that can make the background radiation there tolerable for us
Aaron Reichlin-Melnick@reichlinmelnick.bsky.social · 2mo agoMy personal experience on X right now is that if you post anything progressive that achieves even the slightest virality you WILL be swarmed with bots, Nazis, and Nazi-bots, and while Bluesky can be VERY toxic the toxicity is nothing like X’s constant background radiation.
I detail cars for a living so I have access to all the calories I need for lunch every day which is how I was able to afford a half million dollar starter home. This is the kind of out of the box thinking Gen Z isn’t capable of.

When detainees protested, CRS officers allegedly punched a man, threw another to the ground, kicked him in the head, and pinned him by the neck. A third detainee's wrist was broken. The entire cage was pepper-sprayed.
