Over the last month I saw that human editors are now stripped of control. I could no longer stop the system from auto-inviting "reviewers" with zero relevant expertise. Even worse - the AI began actively revoking the invitations I manually sent out to actual, qualified experts.

1000 to 1,000,000 is usually the range in any kind of forecast on an earnings call, right?

At least in Germany there is an extensive sports program at most universities. But it’s less about performance, certainly not stardom and more about a chance to find out if you’ve always should have been into wheel gymnastics.

Travel to Europe and see how sports is completely divorced from academics. It's not on campus. The Hollywood "jock" trope doesn't exist. Sports are fun. Anyone can play. It's inexpensive or free. If you're super talented, pro teams sponsor the kids. Because college is basically free.

This is why flying is bad now. People will say they want full service airlines and wax nostaligic about the golden age of jet travel (when it was unaffordable), but revealed preferences are that people choose the lowest up front price option when spending their own money.

"They want mass deportations, no new wars, and the American worker and family uplifted." In other words, they want classy Nazis, and instead they're getting tacky Nazis. How sad for them.
