These are L929 cells were seeded on a 3D printer scaffold. The researcher didn't know how to see the cells due to the thickness of her scaffold. When I irradiated the UV light from upside her sample and she was able to see her cells, she was going to cry😊. #FluorescenceFriday #imaging #cells
