Disappointed to not be at Develop Brighton because I can’t cheer on my friends @inkle.co in tomorrow’s Develop Awards. TR-49 is nominated for both Narrative and Audio against some EXTREMELY heavy hitters, and I’m so proud of them and their work. (Also the “superb” voice acting mention IS lovely.)

Twenty years after starting it for the first time, I’ve finally knuckled down and finished The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. What a gorgeous game, filled with melancholy and regret. So glad I’ve finally finished it.

Rewatching THE TERMINATOR this evening, and every time I am amazed at just HOW good it is. I’m also reminded of the spec story outline I wrote for a sequel called THE TERMINATORS which I think rules. Maybe I should dig that out…

This one had the X factor. It had the choose your own path vibes. It had unraveling a mystery vibes. It had incredible performances from the voice cast. Using the computer itself was so much fun. If I could wipe a game from my memory so I could experience it fresh again, it would be this one.
