I feel it's important to share this again. The internet is so hostile toward creators nowadays. I've seen people have their work stolen, and no longer feel comfortable sharing their creations. We can do better. Let's be supportive to the people that make this a better place! 💞

It sucks seeing vtubers you look up to playing games with GenAI in them, especially after they've been informed about it. How can you say you're a supporter of artists when you support the same machine that takes their work, creativity, & livelihood from them. Incredibly disappointed in a few ppl.

If you wanna avoid accidentally picking up AI slop on steam, I'd recommend following a few curators that negatively review games whom use generative AI, that way you have a quick easy way to check if a game uses (even if its undisclosed)

Aniimo Pawprint Studios. NO disclosure, claimed they didn't use any and you wouldn't find any in their game. Players found it and have been calling it out since 2025, "sketch art", promotional material and in-game. -y

Still sad about it."An "art" sketch that is clearly run through gen-ai or is entirely, red circles are over the odd parts that don't make sense in a line art sketch. It's of a playground slide with heavy inconsistencies.
