THE FINAL RECKONING is THE DARK KNIGHT RISES of the franchise: messy, ludicrous, often outright intelligence-insulting, and fatally high on its own farty mythos, but the action film-making is ecstatic and few blockbusters can match the combination of blunt political sincerity and dizzying scale
