There's a lot going on in my life at the moment, msot of which I can't talk about publicly. I tend to break in September through about Black Friday and just Chill while I ride out my yearly issues, but I may need to take my break earlier this year from the number of things going on.

i know some people may see my posts as upsetting, but I say these things because i really, truly, genuinely want to see my peers- my literal coworkers, succeed. Do you know how SAD it is to sit next to someone whos crashing out the whole show about how they dont know how or if theyll make rent?
in conjunction with this: If you are an illustrator/print artist, and you DONT want to advance into other graphic design mediums, you still ABSOLUTELY need to learn What the Bleed of a print is and how to use it, plus how to properly navigate CMYK color spaces, or your prints wont look how you want.

I cannot be more clear when I say this, And I want to be gentle but a LOT of you arent getting it: If you are an Illustrator, You are going to have an EXTREMELY hard time doing a Graphic Designers Job. +

I am SO vehemently SICK and TIRED of Artists Turned to the Wrong Art Profession. "I dont WANT to be at cons ever or talking to customers Or making videos!! I WANT to be painting!" Okay??? then get on your bs and do gallery work??? The opportunities are THERE, youre just not looking.
