One thing I firmly believe is that waking up and rushing to get to work is the most detrimental way to start your day for your mental health. So I always make time to sit and drink a full cup of coffee, sometimes I read, sometimes I zone out, but it’s really important.
It is utterly damning of this country that a "Check If Your Salad or Your Guacamole is Especially Likely to Make Your Ass Explode" app is necessary, but since it is, I guess it's a good thing one exists
