I keep seeing people excited that a republican that worked on Cornyn's campaign is now working for Talerico and maybe its just me but a guy who worked on a campaign that lost its primary moving to another campaign in order to continue making a living doesn't seem like an ideological win.
I dont know if everyone loved it but I was not a fan of Poor Things. The idea to put a child's brain in an adult's body and then spend a third of the movie on gratuitous sex made me uncomfortable. It just comes across as a bit of a pedophile loophole and not something I am interested in exploring.
