Same people who would (correctly) be furious if Haley didn't do this are choosing to grind axes about her campaign. Grow up. Elections are zero sum. Yeah, her campaign was shitty. No one's saying you have to like her, but sore winner is a real bad look and a worse way to get her supporters on board
I encourage all of us to have the grace and focus shown in this going up within minutes of the race being called.

I'd argue a lot of packaging has gotten more efficient and less wasteful. We used to use so much styrofoam but we stopped that. plastic bottles use less plastic. I'm noticing more paper-based packaging, stuff that doesn't last 1000 years.

Democratic Gov nominee Phil Weiser is outspoken about his mother’s birth in a Nazi concentration camp, his family members killed in the Holocaust, and the threat posed by antisemitism today.

I don't think every form of anti-Zionism is antisemitism but I do think this is antisemitism, and I really wish someone else besides this person would be the test case under UK law for whether anti-Zionist beliefs are protected beliefs for the purpose of employment.

Making a certain kind of explicitly right-wing Jewish Studies a carveout to the general assault on the humanities is not ultimately good for Jews or Jewish Studies as an academic discipline. It makes us court Jews, only able to study and teach at the whims of the rulers, and easy scapegoats.
