This is as close as Utah has to a Dan Osborn, and it shows by him being really the only noteworthy unaffiliated legislative candidate this year(Sergio Sotelo in HD38) after we ran a few in 2024. HD03 is R+10, Belmont only lost by 8pts in 2024. it was R+12 in 2020 and Logan is purpling quickly
