A wonderful couple of days listening to colleagues from many disciplines exploring temporalities. With special thanks to our keynotes Antonia Thomas and Alberica Bazzoni, for pushing imaginative possibilities. Also to the organizing team of Leonora Masini, Chiara Giuliani and Barbara Siller.
We had an incredible day at @radhumslab.bsky.social yesterday, thinking through the pragmatics and politics of critical humanities research. We talked through problems, methods and futures - and at the risk of linkedin-posting, it's really something to share a research centre with people like this.
Our @uccwomenstudies.bsky.social MA students recently were taught the ins & outs of queer/ing geography & migration studies in our Gender & Society module by the wonderful Dr Mei Meng, who is currently a @radhumslab.bsky.social postdoc on the "Orders and Borders of Global Inequality" ERC project.
