So what happens when Trump gets bored of this war, the Americans start getting low on their expense bombs, the Iranian drones keep harassing targets in the region and Iran refuses to stop ? I can see a world where the optics of this war look awful and Iran doesn’t give Trump an off ramp….

160 Canadian troops died in Afghanistan; thousands physically and mentally wounded. There were no “front lines”. It was an insurgent war. Canadians were tasked with dealing with Kandahar province. One of the most violent areas.
