I posted this last week without comment, but I'm going to comment now. The people who established the system of museums in the West had a very specific reason for doing so: they thought that having an appreciation for the wonders of the world was absolutely necessary for being a good citizen.

This makes me inconsolably angry every time I see it. It's always Jim Carrey, Harrison Ford, Johnny Carson for the celebrity thumbnails. The non-celebrity ones all seem to be mildly to wildly racist. Enshittification of YouTube may be finally at a tipping point.

I'm not naive enough to actually believe this will happen, but Democrats could be preparing, right now, lists of impeachment charges against (at a bare minimum) Hegseth, Kennedy, Mullin, Patel, Blanche, & Trump, as well as Bondi, Bovino, & Noem (still worth doing!) that rely purely on public facts,
I know this isn’t useful but it’s weird how “the president should be coherent” was a Very Important Thing just a few years ago and then suddenly wasn’t.

Dude should be in jail already for his hundreds of well documented crimes. The fact people aren't daily demanding his removal, resignation, or arrest is nothing short of shameful.
