I ended up writing something in the wellness channel of a friend's server, but was pretty happy with it and felt it was worth sharing here too tl;dr, Seasonal Affective Disorder might hit like a truck this year, especially in Europe. Keep an eye on it and take steps to mitigate it if necessary.
