if you're "doomin'" rn, consider the fact that everyone here is fucking pissed. the empathy we're seeing across the country and the world, that's the best in us, that's what's real and that should remind us all that anger means the fight isn't over and we haven't all lost faith

You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.

War crimes to start 2026 got me thinkin how I try to stay up on news but haven't stayed up on what we can do about shit in DC where we lack representation. I boycott stuff, encourage others to call representatives, express my views in music and conversation, but there's gotta be more. I'll study up.
