The talk I had with my therapists today allowed me to release some things that were troubling my mind. I really let loose during the last 10 minutes of my session, and she gave me some homework to do. I went ahead and worked on some of the homework today, and I'm already feeling a little better.
Friendships are a commitment too. A lot of people treat friendships like void fillers and even second fiddle for romantic relationships and wonder why they’re lacking in community. You don’t wanna sacrifice for folks. you don’t wanna do anything outside of for you…how is that community minded?

Here is your annual reminder that Latino, and Hispanic are two different things. They are not interchangeable. For example, I am from Brazil so that makes me Latino, because Brazil is in Latin America. But Brazilians at large do not speak Spanish, so Brazilians would not be considered Hispanic.
