Re: YouTubers using AI to research and write Doing the research, processing it and communicating to an audience is the whole thing. It's supposed to be fun. If you're so disenchanted with the work that you'd rather offload that to an LLM, what are you even doing here?

Two takes at the same expression. The first came out as closer to horror despite the actual differences being relatively minor. Wild how our brains process emotional cues from small amounts of information. Expressions are hard 😭

The “best” thing about genAI (the quotes are doing heavy work here) is that it’s really lowered the bar on getting into hand-made art. Literally anything you make is better than ai. There’s never been a better time to throw away your fear and start learning that craft you’ve always wanted to learn.

Birthdays are rough for me. My siblings don't talk to me anymore. My parents act nicer but I can tell they also think I'm an embarrassment. Sometimes I worry they're right. It makes for a lonely time. I see folks with supportive families and it's hard not to be envious or what I did so wrong.

Eventually, I realized that I could play mobile games for a chance at being disappointed rolling for a character OR I could spend that time practicing my art and guarantee that I'd be disappointed by my drawings of that character. I haven't touched a mobile game since 😤😤😤
