The setting for Judgement is an orbital habitat called ELLE4. Which stands for Earth-Like Living Environment 4, and is positioned at the Earth-Moon Lagrange Point 4. Which is commonly called L4. I think that counts as clever thing? #scifi #BookSky #writingcommunity

Most authors treat their book description like a formality. It is not. It is the closer. It is the last piece of copy standing between a curious reader and a sale. Full framework for writing one that actually converts:

ELLE4 isn't going anywhere. It's the last address humanity has — a refuge in orbit, waiting for a dead Earth to thaw. A whole society sealed in a spinning can where the only way out is the airlock. That's the world of JUDGEMENT. #BookSky #SciFi

A detail I'm fond of: on ELLE4 the embryo Cryoarks are bolted onto the habitat's exterior. They're one of the loneliest places in ELLE4. Half a billion possible futures, kept frozen in the dark, and almost no one permitted to walk among them. #SciFi #SFF

No-one living in ELLE4 has ever seen the open sky, do you think they'd still yearn for it? Or would a generation raised entirely inside an orbital habitat stop knowing what was lost? Curious what SFF readers think. #BookSky #SciFi

A personal opinion: a clean sentence beats a clever one nearly every time. The clever one wants you to notice the writer. The clean one wants you to keep reading. What do you think? #WritingCommunity
