Gee, what would I, an anti-AI person do if I didn't have access to AI anymore? Let me think:

I forget where I saw someone describe Nolan as Our Greatest Living Middlebrow Director, but having validation-starved dinks like this proselytizing for his work confirms that pretty handily.
Listen, strokes/folks etc, but "Batman Begins > Barry Lyndon" should trigger a wellness check
Thanks to recent bullshit from shit like Anime Matsuri, New Mexico Comic Expo, & every usual chud on Twitter, folks are now relitigating this shit on Reddit, FB, & in the comments of my video, repeating talking points from 7 years ago that we have documentation of being wholly fucking incorrect.
it is 2006. I am warning my friends that Vic Mignogna is unsafe and not to be trusted. it is 2026. I am warning the internet that Vic Mignogna is still unsafe and still not to be trusted. WHEN WILL THIS END?!
It has come to my attention that my og meme comic got AI slopified as a Castlevania meme, so I made one with much more heart put into it.
What all this COVID and Fauci talk tells me is that the Republicans expect another pandemic and they are laying the groundwork for letting it run rampant and kill as many of us as possible.
Really incredible stuff here from these dudes. Meanwhile, DHS is actually building the camps and conducting work visits and traffic stops of US citizens for criticizing ICE agents on social media. www.wsj.com/politics/pol...
How ICE Is Weaponizing Social Media Against Its Critics
The agency says its surveillance program searches for threats to agents, but critics see free-speech infringements.

This is such a fascinating TV show. Like, you never knew what you were going to get from episode to episode in terms of plot, tone or just straight up genre. It is very watchable, mind you. But there's so much more to it than meets the eye.
You know what series I never hear anyone talking about these days? Keitai Sousakan 7. Yeah, it’s about anthopomorphized cell phones from nearly 20 years ago. It’s silly, but there was a great list of directors, too (including Miike Takashi, Oshii Mamoru, and Kaneko Shusuke).
Drove past Leno again today I was blasting Space Sheriff Gavan theme this time
Just drove past Jay Leno while I was blasting the Kamen Rider Gaim theme at full volume So y’know DON’T SAY NO JUST LENO
Also, the only other Dem in the WA-8 race, moderate accounting technician Keith Arnold, is in last place with 2%. With this win for Schrier, Trump-friendly Dems are now 35-0.

Back in the day I tweeted that if the AMAZON Tick show wasn't cancelled, Warburton should've played Barry Hubris, the Original Tick, and that scored me a "like" from Griffin Newman
"We've come up with this groundbreaking new Gundam scenario where a young boy has to pilot a Gundam left to him by his grandfather against an army of ancient machines left buried beneath Mycenae and resurrected by a purple mad scientist..."
"And we've never done aliens in Gundam before!" "What about Evidence 01 and the ELS?" "Uh, well-" "And SD Gundam had various aliens. Even ones that were crystalline entities dropped from space." "Look, shut up, nerd!"
More and more I feel like there's at least one executive in Bandai/Sunrise who is desperate to make Gundam about anything other than the things Gundam is generally about. Warmongers? Oppression? Environmental collapse? Corporate capture of the global war machine? Nah, Aliens! Gotta be aliens.
"Witch From Mercury is about how we felt kids today don't understand conventional war so capitalism is the enemy. Oop, scratch that, sponsors were NOT happy. The true evil is civil servants who work to stop monopolies!"

i know votes are still being counted but the more i look at this michigan senate map the more it becomes clear that it kind of looks like a mitten
It feels kind of bad, but ultimately I blocked r/cats on Reddit from appearing in my feed because I couldn't take the posts about people's beloved pets dying anymore.
Despite that, in many places it's still not legal to use. I'm in South Carolina and right now balcony solar is being debated in the statehouse. At the moment they're not technically legal.
Not sure if everyone appreciates the difference. Rooftop solar hardwires into your main panel via a dedicated breaker, so it requires a permit, an installer, an electrician, and a utility agreement. Balcony solar just plugs into a wall outlet, sharing an existing circuit with no permits or rewiring.

I've been using the expression "It looks good enough for radio," for most of my life, and now I'm just wondering if back in the days of silent films someone used to say "sounds good enough for the Movies."
IIRC, Katsushi Murakami was the one who pushed for Machine Robo to have the same level of engineering and quality as larger deluxe toys but in a small, affordable package that kids could buy with pocket money. He basically created a whole new paradigm for toys.
Another interesting race tonight is MO-8 (D) where construction worker Chris Reichard is beating former State Senator Frank Barnitz 55-45. Reichard is running on a progressive platform that includes abolishing ICE. This district is also in very red SE Missouri.
