Reddit is huge. But when I signed up, it was just a small Digg clone. Bluesky is huge. But when I signed up, it was just a small Twitter clone. Slack is huge. But when I first signed up, it was just another IRC clone. So what if your idea already exists. If you think you can do it better, do so.
The State of Illinois at this time has received no requests or outreach from the federal government asking if we need assistance, and we have made no requests for federal intervention.

I heard, somewhere that I can't now find, someone say " whoever in the Trump administration that came up with this idea deserves a raise" , about the European leaders "being invited ". Or words to that effect. And no, they weren't maga, they were a journalist. I legitimately LOL at it.

Has there yet been a background story on how, and by whom, this emergency intervention of *eight* big-time world leaders was pulled together, over a weekend?

The document was authored by prominent anti-vaxxers—some with ties to a supplements company that sells a spike protein “detox.”
Ok, you know why I don’t like Gavin Newsom? You know how in While You Were Sleeping, Peter Gallagher’s family all talks about how he rescued a nest of baby birds as a kid, and later he admits he knocked their nest out of the tree with a rock, then made sure everyone saw him rescue it? That’s Gavin.

Not sure how many times I have to say this but president of the United States is not an entry level job.
It is possible that some of y'all know this character. Feel free to follow him. He is a lot like me, but probably less sweary and a little less overt in his opinions of certain things.

We stopped expanding the House in the 1920s, decided the Supreme Court should freeze in the 1930s, added the last states in the 1950s, amended the Constitution only once in the last fifty years. The USA and its government continued to grow, but almost all that growth came in the executive branch.
