Cambridge University should have known better, Fleet Street should have known better, the people hungrily absorbing every bit of news about it, making newsrooms feel like they had to keep going with it as a story, should have known better, horrible horrible horrible
Again I note that parts of the right are literally trying to turn empathy into a negative and that this is a bad thing.
No one wants this! Westminster has redicalosed itself against net zero targets. The public has not! These policies are popular, not least because the public only has to look out the window to see the need for climate action.
