24-year-old ex-OpenAI researcher Leopold Aschenbrenner built a $20B AI hedge fund called Situational Awareness. He bet heavily on AI related stocks until this week’s selloff led to a margin call and he had to liquidate his public portfolio. Actually sounds like a lack of situational awareness.
