Just arrived at the KCRHA meeting to discuss a damning forensic audit that came out this week. (It moved to the 4th floor of the downtown library). CEO Kelly Kinnison was saying "no money was lost" when I came in, adding that all the money was used to serve homeless people.

Good news: HB 2304, which exempts condo buildings of up to 4 stories and 12 units from Washington’s strict condo liability regime, has passed the House! It moves on to the Senate. If it passes there, it’ll be time to move on to the harder work of reforming liability for larger buildings.
