The more I think about the 70,000 ICE incarcerated without due process the more I think we are underreacting. People are literally trapped inside for profit prisons. We need to do something.

This is why we cannot trust America anymore. Their system has failed. Democracy in their form is a dangerous systemic failure. So called “check and balance” also failed. The most powerful country in the world powerless to act against their own deranged president.

They voted for his programs: Make America White Again, abolish all inconvenient laws, legalize child rape, reinforce the world view stereotype that all Americans are boorish uncouth a-holes, remove those pesky human rights, roll back any climate protections and legalize white collar crime.

So we’re back to where we were before Operation Epic Fury began, but now we spent billions of dollars, people are dead, our international relationships are in tatters & everything is more expensive!

I only know Iran through its art, film, and literature, but have long had a special affection for its people and culture, whose sophistication, warmth, and wryness feel familiar. I don't know what to add except that what's happening makes me furious and ill

Someone smarter than I am may have already drawn this line but…if Russia is currently helping Iran, and the US is threatening Iran, possibly with nukes, is there a likelihood that Russia would retaliate against the US? Especially since we have no more NATO allies, to speak of?

American has been duped for 250 years. Everything that helps everyday people is seen as bad and lazy and socialist. In the meantime, all YOUR money goes to bombs and ballrooms. Wake the EFF up, America. And do something. Anything.

Trump's threat to end Iranian civilization could involve the use of nuclear weapons, which would require participation by the US Strategic Command, led by Adm. Richard Correll. If you text PMXFGN to 50409, @resist.bot will send a message to your Rep & Senators telling Adm. Correll to defy this.

Tell the US Congress

Tell Adm. CORRELL TO DEFY ORDER FOR USE OF Nukes

TEXT SIGN PMXFGN TO 50409

You're absolutely right. I'm a veteran, & I know a little bit about how they think. Those in the US military now are individuals who think a lot like Hegseth--the others have discharged, both voluntarily and involuntarily. No one should trust the US military to do anything ethical at this point.
