Do I go for an Austin Abrams Has A Bad Day double feature this weekend with a rewatch of Resident Evil before watching Whalefall? Alternatively if the bromance is strong enough between Ken and Ryu I could watch Street Fighter with Forgotten Island and call that a Friendship Is Magic double feature.

The irony that the BBC blurred out the Protect the Dolls slogan on a Strictly contestant’s tshirt for their social accounts as “political” but will happily dedicate a two-part doc to the woman who uses her billions to fund lawsuits to persecute transgender people www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/...

Two-part documentary on J.K. Rowling announced by BBC Factual and BBC Scotland

The documentary will use her life as a lens through which to explore three decades of profound social, political and technological change

Oct 13th - Kaylie Russell set up surveillance cameras and a "kill switch" that would smash the mirror, once she's proved and document it's supernatural powers. 📽️📅 Oculus (2014)

3 Screenshots from the movie "Oculus" (2013): First, a close-up of a computer screen displaying a woman with long hair, wearing a red shirt, introducing herself as Kaylie Ann Russell, with the subtitle "Hello. My name is Kaylie Ann Russell." Second, a wider shot of a room with the same woman standing in front of a camera setup and a covered object, while the subtitle reads "It's 4:15 pm on October 13th," and a young man stands by the window. Third, a close-up of the woman looking serious as she speaks into the camera, with the subtitle "I'll begin by detailing my precautions before I place and uncover the glass."

There are lots of other examples of haunted staircases. All in all, one can’t help but think of the eerie verse by William Hughes Mearns: “Yesterday, upon the stair, I met a man who wasn’t there! He wasn’t there again today, I wish, I wish, he’d go away!”
