Absolutely this. Some smaller programmes have already been dropped by Jisc (e.g. Lever Press) and we'd hate to see small, growing initiatives like ours be dropped from Jisc's LSM. This would cut off UK library participation in one go 🙃

OK, so long as there remains room and support for new, smaller, and scholar-led initiatives. This is where a lot of "innovation" happens (for all the horrors of that word) and bibliodiversity is important.

Agree these are all questions that deserve exploration, altho whether "the dial" is moving/whether this sits alongside the status quo might not be mutually exclusive. If something is happening that wasn't before/not to this extent, it can be a significant development w/out displacing everything else
