I wasn't taught proper typing until 7th grade, but it is one of the most valuable things I ever learned. It had not occurred to me that schools might not be teaching it anymore. That's insane.

One problem here is that DEI is so poorly defined that it’s not crazy to imagine everyone agreeing to abandon it and simply carrying on exactly as before.
