One of the easiest ways to stand out when writing or creating videos or posting: DONT. USE. AI. Suddenly you sound distinctively different from 80%+ ppl who do and output the same verbose + nicely formatted stuff that feels all the same (+ most ppl stop paying attention midway)

Why atproto has not been explored by game devs? Saves, collectibles and inventories can all be stored on a PDS Imagine carrying on your character from one game to another or between the same series instalments Storing stuff like CS2 skins on atproto should be a no brainer How cool is that?

Honestly with modern image formats like avif/webp, I don't know that the filesize reduction is that compelling anymore, but I think it's a really cool-looking effect. ✨ The video game "Return of the Obra Dinn" famously used a 2-color palette with dithering for a completely unique art style:

The deck of an old-timey ship, with a full moon glowing in the sky. The scene uses only two colors, a dark brown and a very light beige, but the dithering makes it seem a lot less blocky than you'd expect.
