My trick-or-treat stuff has arrived! I have Halloween dog treats, 24 monster/skull stress balls, 48 mini mochi skull squishies, and 32 assorted bat plush toys.
You know zucchini boats? Tonight we made vaguely southwest-inspired patty pan squash bowls with squash, spicy peppers, and tomatoes from the garden. Filling was meatless crumbles, 90-second quinoa and brown rice from Aldi, green onion (all we had), sweet corn, and mozzarella (also all we had)
