Mortality rates: Mifepristone: 0.65/100,000 Penicillin 2/100K Viagra 4/100K Pregnancy in the US: 22/100,000 (some states see rates >60/100K) More people have died in ICE detention centers already in 2026 than will die from mifepristone all year. These politicians are extremely dangerous to women.

The sheer number of videos of the shooting is horrific, but in the vein of what @prisonculture.bsky.social has been saying, it proves how many people cared enough to show up where ICE was and record them. It wasn't just one or two legal observers, and when Good was shot, they didn't abandon her.

Supporting bathroom, sports and healthcare bans for trans people means signing on to a moral panic about problems that DON'T EXIST. When people say Democrats should "moderate" on these issues, they are suggesting that we legislate a group out of public life based on lies.

Like many others, I too am glad I got to thank Cecile Richards for having an impact on my ability to have planned parenthood. With my fabulous friend @sefyfe.bsky.social in Nashville back in 2017 (when we were doing this all for the first time - may Cecile’s energy remain with us for the second).
