Zinnias growing among lettuce plants in my garden. The lettuce doesn’t come in a grocery store bag complete with parasites. It’s in a 5-gallon grow-bag (see ALT) underneath the sun and stars and rain, happily growing among bees and flowers.

A grow bag is a flexible container for growing plants. They’re made of sturdy non-woven fabric, usually with handles. They’re portable, come in various sizes, and make growing easy. Their biggest drawbacks are that they dry out quickly and prevent plants from participating in the wider web of life in garden soil.

Morning, Susan ☕️ Thank you for the #eck #blueBrew on this sunny Friday morning here in Bonita Springs. In an outdoor armchair listening to a blue jay call, white noise of the roadway carrying today above the inconsistent wind in the sand pines. Back better, but standing remains almost vomitous.😅

Urlaub in der Klimakrise. Keine KI, einfach ein Handyfoto, das ich vorhin am Strand von Lacanau (Frankreich) gemacht habe. In welchem Klima wird der kleine Junge aufwachsen? Es liegt in unserer Hand, aber die Zeit läuft uns davon.
